Why not take some time this weekend to appreciate the good in your life? Whether that means letting a loved one know how grateful you are for their presence in your life, or taking some time out of your daily routine to look for the changes that arrive with spring, give yourself the opportunity to express gratitude. Not only will you feel better, but it may help improve someone else's day, too!
