#AlwaysKeepFighting against Depression

If you or someone you love is struggling with Depression, one of the most critical messages to convey is this: You're not alone. 

Jared Padalecki from TV's Supernatural has partnered up with the website "To Write Love On Her Arms" to raise awareness about Depression, Addiction, and thoughts of Suicide. The non-profit creates a supportive community and an outlet to share experiences, and supplies resources for friends and family who many not know how to help.

Padalecki, who has himself struggled with depression, says he launched the #AlwaysKeepFighting campaign to, "help to start a conversation to hopefully de-stigmatize these things that people are — for no good reason — ashamed to have, and there’s no shame in it."
