What's up with these carrots, Doc?

File this fact for a future trivia night: Carrots can be orange, yellow, white, red or purple! Crunchy and colorful, they’re also a great source of fiber, potassium, and Vitamins A, C, and K. Saute some up for a scrumptious side dish or dip ‘em in some tasty hummus for a delicious and filling snack.
